Chwee Kueh rice cakes are the rage for breakfast with the mouth watering radish that’s slightly sweet, slightly salty. Every mouth full is an umami bomb on top of smooth chews of rice that has been transformed into steamed patties. This is the Bedok branch of a well known Chwee Kueh hawker stalls. During the pandemic, this was heaven to eat even if I cannot eat it on sight and had to Tapau *( take home).
