Jamonzar Maquila is in Mercado St Augustin, Granada, Spain. Owned by Antonio Calixto Moreno Zarco and is a family business. I was fed a lot of Jamon once I finished sketching his shop. He has quite a collection of Jamon legs, and washed down with a very light crisp white Rioja, this shop is a definite must when you ever visit Granada. It is a world market place like this that always tends to tempt me, you, and travellers worldwide. A romanticised place before and after our travel. A magical intoxicating space.
