Lim's Fried Oyster
I sketched all my hawkers in a sketchbook, and this one is no different, I manage to catch the chef mid drink. I recall a conversation about shape of the oyster cake with the lady. The oyster cake will come out square-ish, thus if you bring your own Tupperware, it better not be round, otherwise they will insist on giving you their square styrofoam takeaway box.
