Monkey God Temple
Monkey God Temple is located in Tiong Bahru area of Singapore. It was built in 1920 for Taoist and moved to its current place on Eng Hoon Road in 1938. As a child I grew up with the many tales of Sun Go Kong’s journey to the west, a mythical Taoist god that this temple is built for. This is a limited print of a sketch in my sketchbook no. 41 in March 2022, at the tail end of the pandemic restrictions in Singapore
