The best part about this hawker stall is watching the chef make the Chee Cheong Fun, or the steamed rice sheets rolls. It’s a skill that created awe every time I see him prepare it. The thin sheets of rice pealed off the hot steamer with a wet towel, and then rolled and covered in your choice of toppings. Oh My Goodness!
