Every mouth full is an umami bomb on top of smooth chews of rice that has been transformed into steamed patties. This is the Bedok branch of a well known Chwee Kueh hawker stalls. During the pandemic, this was heaven to eat even if I cannot eat it on sight and had to Tapau *( take home).
